In addition to medical training therapy, prevention is an important component of the DA Concept. Our equipment enables a complete and holistic assessment of muscle and mobility imbalances and deficits, as well as an objective evaluation of the condition of the major muscle groups and joints – from the cervical spine to the feet – taking into account your gender, age, height, and weight. The diagnostics make it possible to:
• assess your physical balance
• detect deviations from the norm at an early stage and complete a targeted correction program
• precisely identify the problem and resolve it through training therapy
For more than 20 years, the equipment and the Nordic Health method have proven their effectiveness in treating back and neck pain, joint issues, muscle imbalances and deficits, posture correction, and other musculoskeletal conditions that negatively affect quality of life. The safety of the equipment allows it to be used for a wide range of patients and indications: older adults, patients with various musculoskeletal conditions and disorders (including joint prostheses), pregnant women, and for pre- and postoperative rehabilitation, etc.
The first visit includes a complete and holistic assessment of muscle and mobility imbalances and deficits, a review of the results, and the development of an individual therapy program based on the doctor’s prescription.
The medical training therapy is carried out according to personalized programs under the supervision of a physiotherapist, in groups of no more than 3 people.
Upon completion of the course, a final assessment is performed to evaluate the improvements and therapy outcomes.
The presence of pain is not a contraindication for undergoing DA Concept medical training therapy. Numerous studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of training therapy on Nordic Health equipment in reducing patients’ pain levels. The ability to adjust amplitude and load comfortably and pain-free, combined with the biomechanics of the machines and isolating exercises, correctly and precisely activates and strengthens the affected muscles, relieves pain, and restores confidence in movement. During acute pain phases, it is important to consult a physician.
• You become an active participant in training therapy, not just a patient.
• Improvement of neuromuscular connection (muscle-brain connection) and muscle memory
• Ability to fully individualize training programs
• Development of correct movement patterns
• Improvement of technique and increased exercise efficiency
• Enhanced focus during training
• You can see your progress and feel it, even in small details
